Baxi Solo 2 40 PF problem

Hi all, I hope you can help. My boiler's pilot light comes on, the boiler fires up with the burner light coming on and it then looks like the flame flickers and the 'burner on' light goes out. The boiler seems like it on but there is a clicking noise coming from it.
Any help would be welcome.
