Bedroom lights

Had a double switch in my lads bedroom..1 for ceiling lights and 1 for outdoor soffit lights. The switch was is fed from a fused spur taken from a socket. How do I wire 1 gang switch in
There is a red black and earth from fused spur and the same from lights. On switch it has L1 L2 and COM

Meant to say.we only want the lights from switch. Soffit have been removed

can you take pics of wiring ,back of the 2 gang switch that you want to change and back of fcu ,and post here please.
