Best value AV Sender for Virgin Media IR remote?

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced AV sender for a Virgin Media V+ box, I really only need the IR functionality to use the remote in another room on a second tv as my AV signal is hard wired. Also is the 5.8ghz sender the best one posing no interference to wifi which I have read transmits at 2.4ghz I expect for just changing channels this wouldn't be a problem though?
