Hi We have recently been informed that we need to replace the hotwater diaphragm on our Biasi 24s. We have purchased the new part, but are having trouble actually removing the the part from the boiler. Can anyone help us please.

Thank you

Turn of the cold supply to the boiler and open a hot tap to release the pressure.Disconnect the 2 pressure tubes(remove the clips).Remove the 2 grub screws that hold the assy to the diverter valve body and remove the diaphragm housing by moving it to the left and out of the boiler.Make sure you isolate electrics b4 starting work. After that you should be OK to replace the diaphragm.
