What is the difference (obviously size!!!) between No. 0, 10 and 20 biscuits please.

dont know about the little uns buutt
they are 4mm thick 10s are 55mm x20mm
20s are 60x23mm
 
The size is the only difference, use whichever suits the thickness of material being joined and load on the joint.

Size 0 are approx. 16 x 45mm. (4mm thick the same as the rest.)
