blocked radiator drainoff valve

I need to drain down my central heating systembut my radiator drainoff valve is completely stuck. Any ideas on how to un jam it

If it won't turn, heat it, but you'll have a baggered washer inside whether you do or not.
Might be safer to remove rad and connect hose to a rad valve. Same 3/4" connection as garden tap.
