Hi I was wondering if anyone has any idea of what this might be. I have a sabre 28 boiler that recently had to be repressurised everyday as the pressure keeps dropping. Ive looked today and theres a drip coming from inside of the boiler when I look up (havent opened it) its a black plastic part. Other than the drip and the pressure dropping everything works fine, does anyone know what that could be thanks

Thanks for replying. This is the boiler and its the black plastic part on the left side of the boiler thats dripping

Looks like something on the pump housing, but it's hard to tell when looking at your pics and the diagram shown in the manufacture manual

Would that be something that would have to be replaced anytime soon, or would it be ok as long as everythings working? In the photo its a drip of water thats on it? Not sure if thats what u mean, but thats where the dripping is coming from.

It's at the top of the pump and has a usually grey or black cap. A far more likely culprit than an o ring in the area where the drip is.
Would I have to take boiler cover off? Because I cant see it when I look up to where the drip is. Thanks for ur help

Yes, with that boiler the white case is only decorative so you can take it off. look to the left you will see the pump, on the top of that there is the auto air vent with what looks like a tyre schrader valve cap (top back of the pic), if the water is leaking from that then tighten that down.

Will it do anything to the boiler if I tighten it/turn it off. And if the leak is coming from there what would happen if I left it? Ive noticed the less pressure on the boiler the less water comes out. Thanks for all ur help, its greatly appreciated.
