Boiler leaking

Hello, when I bought my house this boiler was already installed, I’m guessing a new boiler is a must, but as we are selling very soon, i do not want the expense of a new boiler.

I can see where it is leaking, I believe this is what’s blowing the fuse. So all help would be appreciated as I do not have the money to get in any external help, what parts do I need to replace to stop the leaking etc…

It depends could be a cheap washer, or an expensive heat exchanger/new boiler. I understand you say you can’t afford anyone in, however that’s under a door which forms part of the combustion circuit, so needs checking for safety afterwards.
