Boiler Pilot Light

I have a Potterton 40 C wall mounted boiler and the problem is that the pilot light goes out nearly every day.
I have replaced numerous themocouples and have once replaced the gas valve.
The plumber has run out of ideas. Has anyone got any suggestions ?

Change the other side of thermocouple
