Boiler question (rust)

Hi guys,

Long time lurker and first time poster. We have a radiant heating system in our home and the boiler is from 2002. We noticed rust on the casing and it has developed a hole (see picture). From what I can read on some of the sites it appears as if this is likely a health hazard and that the boiler will need replacement. Thoughts? Thanks!

Possibly lethal, almost certainly scrap. Turn off and get someone round.
