Boiler question

hi all,

Im thinking about converting my garage(where my boiler is) into an extra room and i have a couple of questions relating to it. ideally i want to leave the boiler alone and just box it into a cupboard

boiler is an Ideal classic Lxff & ff fanned flue gas boiler size ff230

1) Is this boiler safe to use in an inhabitated room

2) Is it big enough to support maybe another couple of Rads in that room, there a currently 9 rads off of it, 1 a double, 4 small rads, 4 standard sized.

Yes to both, but check MI's to see whether compartment ventilation is needed for this boiler in a cupboard.
