Boiler Suggestion - Small 24Kw

I'm looking to add a small 24Kw combi boiler into an outbuilding.

It will be heating 4 (possibly 5) radiators, total room size being 11m x 4m.

In the future I might add a small shower cubicle and sink, so would like it to supply hot water.

Can any suggest a cheap and small combi boiler that will be fit for purpose, and that a plumber will be able to hook a Nest up to?

Vokéra vibe max might work as it can be range rated down quite low for your heating, unsure about the Nest - @vulcancontinental?

Yes, I've used Nest ON/OFF and opentherm with the Vibe Max 26C

If its going into an outbuilding, check that the gas meter can supply it and any existing gas appliances.

Standard domestic gas meters are limited to 65kW total, so you need to be sure you're below that
