Hi all,

Is it a requirement of any regs for the supply to a central heating boiler to be on a separate circuit?

My plumber has suggested a better position for the boiler than originally intended, though the best I could do for a supply would be to include it as part of the kitchen ring.

Boiler does no need separate supply. U do need a double pole switch to isolate it though. Use a fused spur (FCU)

I like to put boilers on a seperate radial on new jobs, but it's not a requirement. I only do this so if there is a problem with the sockets you are not left without heating too.
