Hi can anyone help my washing machine fails to go onto final spin , I removed motor and replaced carbon brushes and cleaned armature but this has made no difference it tries to go into a fast spin but just fades out.

an armature can be damaged by cleanlng wrongly, l.e. uslng rought glasspaper, or ls lt naturally worn out?
