hi i am
plumbing my new kitchen in and have T fittings to join the 15mm copper pipe rather than use the compression type.
after i have cleaned the joints and applied flux, do i have to do all the joints at once?
thanks
If you mean soldering - for yorkshire (solder ring) joints you have to do all three (unless you get very clever..).
For endfeed you can do fewer but have to clean the extras when you do come to them.
If you're a novice, I'd certainly recommend the solder ring type, pro's do use them too!
hi thanks for replys
sorry, i did mean soldering not brazing, lol
i have done the work, had a little practise at first, made quite a good job of it to, the last joint i had was a yorkshire type fitting, that was a lot easier.
thanks again
regards
