What is required to stop the paint from bubbling on my concrete window sill?(new)
In places the paint starts to bubble, I have been using white gloss paint without any primer, may be that is the cause or wrong kind of paint, I am not sure.
Please help. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
Regards.

Perhaps that's the problem: too new = too wet?

I think you should use concrete paint & also the correct primer. I painted my sills & doorstep with an exterior paint, what a waste of time. Since using concrete paint its still there & my finges are still crossed..

I always use Masonry Paint.

I do not really think gloss paint is suitable for the purpose.

i would agee with you sandwell. i would also give it a quick coat of stabaliser first. masonry paint is designed to be flexible and move with the temperature. the gloss paint will form a hard shell in effect and will lift off over time.
