    “floor area” means the aggregate area of every floor in a building or extension, calculated by reference to the finished internal faces of the walls enclosing the area, or if at any point there is no such wall, by reference to the outermost edge of the floor;

    The big orange button is not normally there.
    If you pressed the Forums button it is not there - you have to select the particular forum you want and then it appears. But once you have had a look at a particular thread in that forum then it disappears again, and you have to start again.
    It's weird, but I didn't invent the rules. :)
