Cable through wall

Hello

Do you know where i can get a finishing piece for where the cable comes through the painted wall inside the house. I want the cable to run its full length and so only need something i have seen virgin use on their installs.

I dont know what you call it, but it fits through the cable and has a flared end which hides the hole cut in the wall.

What is it called and where can i buy one ?
