i hate to say it joe-90, we have that on our hall wall, but yes it is hideous

That`s standard, new build, contract stipple Artex.......put on like ****..over new plasterboard.....and stippled with a foot square stippler on a pole ,..........then painted by householder later.........and the most difficult to replicate later
