Can I pipe basin waste into toilet flush pipe?

Wow thats so far out the question never even registered, perhaps he can just loop the waste pipe over the seat and just be careful when he sits down
Why is it "out of the question"? I am struggling to see the issue.
Sure I could end up with the wash-basin water sitting in the loo until it is next used but, we're only talking water mainly, not soap. It is an outside loo. It may be used to wash hands after gardening I guess.
There isn't the option to plumb it into the toilet waste as the ceramic part of the loo goes straight down into the hole in the ground.
I suppose syphoning could be a concern but as fixitflav says above, that shouldn't be a problem as it's all open to the elements anyway.

Sadly, I'm heading towards removing the sink altogether rather than have the waste simply 'dumping'out on to the lawn.

Great idea. The first time I see these was in Australia.

You would flush the toilet - the tap would run so you could wash your hands, in-turn the soapy grey water would fill the cistern ready for the next flush.
Yeah well that's in ozz so that doesn't surprise me in the slightest. So what you suggest is that you wash your hands then that ****ty water fills your bog until the next flush. Bloody stupid idea.

so how often is the sink used, whats wrong with dumping water on the lawn as long as its not kitchin sink greasy stuff
Hardly used at all.
The pain in having it dumping on to the lawn is the unsightly 38mm pipe running through and down the wall and then alongside the fence for so many metres.

I would go for it. If there is a smell problem you could ask users, after using the toilet, to wash their hands before flushing, to get rid of the soapy water. And you haven't burnt any boats, you could change back if necessary.

All new houses for the last 20 year about, have two mains supplies and two water meters
1 potable water 1 grey water.

The Aussies do an awful lot right.
