A simple question.

Can you cause much damage from adding too much sludge remover?

I added some (can't remember the type, got it from B&Q, small triangular bottle - something"Restorer"), then someone recommended to me some Sentinel X400 as being much better.

So I want to drain my system (old stuff only in their for 3 days) and add the X400 via F&E tank instead.

Apart from perhaps exposing some corrosion masked leaks, can I do my system damage by overdosing a bit on the sludge-caner?

Ta

PS Edited to add detail in case necessary:

Low water content, gravity fed
Thorn Apollo boiler
Potterton Ep2000 timer
new immersion element, new pump, new 3way valve, 5 rads over 2 floors
