cap off 3/4 inch bath taps

Bath has two 3/4 taps, hot and cold.
Was considering replacing knackered swirl taps with reviver kit.
Bath is never used and capping taps off avoids possibility of young student tenants flooding over run bath onto neighbours underneath.
Anyone know if there is an equivalent to a reviver kit that simply caps the taps off.

Cut pipes
Cap pipes
Refit bath panel

Fit an overflow, they're made large enough to evacuate a filling bath adequately avoiding spillover.
