Car rattling after exhaust pipes and muffler replaced

A few weeks back, there was some rattling coming from my Hyundai i10. Checked the muffler and it was very loose, so figured that was the noise. It snapped off at one of the pipes on the way to the garage (had rusted through), so removed it, and there was no noise for the rest of the journey.

Garage replaced the exhaust pipes, and middle and back boxes, for £350. The pipe (the shiny silver pipe in the pictures) runs most of the length of the car. There was no noise for a few weeks.

Today there was some rattling, particularly at low speeds and bumpy roads (as with the original problem). The new exhaust looks a bit strange, but seems quite secure although it is not completely fixed - I can wobble it around a little.

My questions (in case the garage don't cooperate):

  1. Is the noise likely to be something to do with the new exhaust system? Hoping it's just not secured properly somewhere and an easy fix for them
  2. Does the system look like it has been installed correctly? I can't remember exactly what the old one looked like, but it seems a bit crooked, with the back box and the middle pipe hanging quite low (could this be causing the noise?), and the back box more visible at the back of the car than I remembered it.
  3. How much "give" should there be when trying to shake the back box/exhaust? Should it be completely rigid or a little movable?
  4. Was £350 a reasonable price for this?
Thanks!

No idea on the price.
it is probably something simple like a mount has perished or split or a joint has come loose.
just go back to the garage and see what they say 1st. Unlikely to have any issue with them over an exhaust.

The back box doesn’t look like it’s been hung square to me.....maybe it’s slipped around the pipe?
As said above, exhausts are hung on rubber straps that don’t last forever so have them checked too.

back box has twisted round and long bolt on pipe joiner has moved with the pipe and tapping on back axle. (y)

What do you mean exactly - should the exhaust pipe at the back be facing upwards, not downwards? Was it installed incorrectly?

Intermediate pipe needs twisting anti-clockwise then the rear box needs twisting clockwise. Clamp bolt needs replacing or shortening.
