carpet to tile trim?

Need to get 2 sets of trims.
1 from carpet to tile & 1 from vinyl to tile.

The carpet to tile is about the same height.
The vinyl to tile is about 15mm difference.

Also, do you put the trim down then tile or can you do it afterwards.
The only ones I've seen are those that you screw in...

The carpet already has a carpet to vinyl trim with gripper so I'd prefer not to move this and just put a trim over the top of it.

Get off your ar*e and go down to your local tile shop and ask them what they've got - if they have none in stock, they'll be able to order what you want.

So, there are basic trims that just go over the top?
Glue down in case there's no wood to screw into ?
