Casting my own concrete bricks/blocks

I am building some platforms and I want to cast my own concrete bricks/blocks so I can make a special shape that I want.

What is the best mix of materials to make a tough brick/block?

Depend on the thickness of the material, a good website here

I want them to be about 45mm deep and about 100mm x 200mm without getting into the shape.
