ceiling insulation boards

Hi

I have a ground floor extension with an inaccesable and badly insulated roof. I was thinking of fixing gyproc thermaline thermal laminate boards to the ceiling.

Is this a good idea? I need something reasonably thin, is gyproc good or is there something better? Will it be possible to get these boards artexed?
