Central Heating stuck on (combi boiler)

Hi

I have a combi boiler. As of this morning, the radiators have been on constantly. Switching the heating off at the controller has no effect. The only way to turn the CH off is by switching the boiler from CH+Water to Water only.

On top of that, the boiler keeps going out; I've had to relight it several times today.

Any ideas?

make and model... theres a couple differnt ones out there.... is it a white one
