My first floor radiators work ok, buy upstairs get only very slightly warm. The pump is relatively new. Has anyone got any ideas?

You should check the upstairs rads do not have air in them - by bleeding.
Then check the valves are open. There are balancing valves at one end of the rad (LHS usually).
