I would like to lay ordinary ceramic floor tiles over 18mm tongue and groove chipboard, which is "floating" on 60mm of insulation foam, it is a new kitchen about 40m2.
1. What preparation might be required ?
2. What adhesive would be best ?
3. What kind of grout should I use ?
Any other bits of advice will be welcome, I would like to avoid raising the floor level. Perhaps somebody has tried this.
