CH but no hot water. Ideal Elan 2

I have an Ideal Elan 2 combi boiler, and recently my hot water has ceased. The CH is working fine and the boiler kicks in when I turn on the hot taps, but the water coming through is tepid at best.

There has been no work done on the system in the past 2 years and the water pressure from the hot taps hasn't changed just that its not hot.

Any ideas???

If the water is tepid then the diverter valve is gubbed.
