Check the three port valve if you have one is switching to HW mode. 
IF YOUR OLD SYSTEM IS GRAVITY HOT WATER YOU MIGHT HAVE FITTED WRONG CYLINDER( SOME NEW STYLE ARE ONLY FOR FULLY PUMPED)
