Cheap decking boards?

Does anyone know where I can get cheap decking boards? I've just been watching city gardener and he quotes £5 for a 3.6m length, which suits me fine, but i cant find them at that price!!

I know that, a year old or so, but still, the cheapest I can find is £8 a go. has inflation done that much to the timber market?

how much you buy

where he is

where prog was made

what researcher said

what he thought researcher said

fair points. ah well, looks like i need to make a few phone calls. the local timber merchants tend not to have websites.

There's currently massive competition for customers from decking suppliers, so shop around, but avoid J**son lot prices. I've seen decking advertised @ 79p per meter, and guess what it's total rubbish!
