chimney through roof?

just a hypothetical as it's only for a virtual house I'm making, but what do you do on the high side of a chimney that goes through a roof but not at the peak? ( see picture. )

is it even possible to do that?

Back gutter-lead-simple and straight forward,be sure to use patination oil and prevent big ugly stain on new roof. .

As far as the roof carcass is concerned it is a case of forming a horizontal timber tray with a moderate falls to the exits, plus a short lay-board up the pitch of the roof also.

As stated regards the lead, a back gutter is the final installation of the flashing wrap-around.
