Just finishing the basement kitchen in our victorian terrace and now want to move to completing the rest of the basement conversion.

We're planning on turning the front basement into a laundry/scullery and the next room (corridor type room) into a bathroom. The plan is to have the shower/toilet/sink against the adjoining wall with the washing machine with belfast sink on the other side of the wall.

Went to the Homebuilding & renovation show at the weekend and spoke to the Saniflow man :) who suggested either:

Sanibest to take all the waste/water from the cloakroom/washing machine or
Sanivite and saniplus combo.

Now I'm all for the commercial unit mainly cos hope that will work longer/better but has anyone any experience of these in basements?

Note: the rooms are at the front of the house and soil drains are at the back of the house.
