Combi boiler not firing up

Hi, after I drained my heating system I filled it back up and can't get my Halstead Quintre(?) Gold combi boiler going again.

The lights do not come on at all but the pump runs when the heating is on and when the hot water is running, I've tried bleeding the pump while tap is running and have had water coming out the Automatic Air Valve.

I cant get it to strike up at all, and help much appreciated.

Perhaps the overheat stat has tripped - might be under boiler on left hand side.
