combination boiler loosing pressure. overflow also leaking

Hi guys

i have searchedrched but cannot really find a suitable thread.

our combi boiler is loosing pressure every few hours, I have checked all radiator valves and central heating piping but cannot find any leaks! !

I have been keeping an eye on the overflow pipe and just noticed is leaking considerably when heating is on.
The leaking water is red hot.

could this be something to do with loss of pressure? I always refil the pressure via the loop back to 1.5

you have an expansion vessel fault, it is over covered in the faq section
