concealed hinges

Hi,
can anybody give me some pointers, tips, as to the fitting of 35mm concealed hinges..Fitting mdf wardrobe doors(pair)what is the required distance from the edge of the door, ie: the centre point for the hole cutter,keeping the hinges parallel

Depends on a few factors such as door thickness (assume 18mm), corner radius of door, gap between doors, angle of hinge being used, thickness of carcase.

Usually if you allow 2.5 - 3.0mm from edge of door to edge of hole you should be able to tweak it with the adjustment screws, so the ctr distance will be around 20mm (1/2x35 +2.5)
