Concrete garage roof

Going to be building a garage up against the back of a house soon.

Looking into the options for a flat(ish) roof. It's been suggested that if it were concrete 'beam' it could be tiled with a slight fall. Then with a brick parapet, it would create a strong balcony.

Anyone got any pointers to a helpful site that would show how a suitable floor/roof could be constructed?
