Concrete stair landing

Hi,

what used to be a hairline crack on the stair landing of the garden stairs is now a 'split' with a big chunk out of it due to the frost / weather over the last year.

There's no chance of replacing it but I would like to repair it, what is the best mix? I don't imagine normal cement would do and to use concrete chips in the mix would mean opening up the gap which I don't want to do if possible.

Would the use of granite sand in the mix be the best option?
