Condensing boiler - damp on external wall

Hi all

Apologies if this query is posted elsewhere, I am finding my way round the site.

We had a condensing boiler fitted earlier this year and have noticed a damp patch not too far from the point that the condensate run off pipe passes through the external cavity wall. Does anyone have any ideas please?
