cooker socket question

i have a seperate cooker and hob

instructions state

cooker max load 2.385w
direct connection... cable type to be used HO5 vv-f 2.5mm2
device to be used must allow device to be isolated on all poles
with a contact opening of at least 3mm wide must be provided
Use a 13amp fuse.

hob 6.2 kw
for direct connection an omnipolar switch must be interposed
with opening of 3mm between contacts and suited to load
indicated on the plate .

plate has various diagrams starting with HO5V2V2-F 1.5mm2 2.5mm2

eg. 220-240 V HO5V2V2-F 1.55m2

380-415 V2N HO5V2V2-F2.5mm2

380-415 V3N HO5V2V2-F2.5mm2


all other posts about hobs and ovens suggest 6mm2 (standard)

my questions....
Can i use existing cooker switch and wire both in
Can i use a new cooker point with mains socket for oven
