Hi all,
Just looking at a 1950's house that needs everything & I do mean everything doing to it! What is the correct order to do these tasks, here is my stab...

* Knock down stud walls (reconfigure rooms)
* Plumbing (boiler, radiators)
* Electrics
* Skim ceilings (Artex, will hae to survey for asbestos)
* New kitchen + bathroom
* Flooring
* Carpentry (new wardrobes)
* Decorating
* Carpets

As good a way as any. But if you have any damp problems, get that sorted first.
