creda 1000 washing machine - no spin

Anyone know why my Creda washing machine won't spin? it does everything else in the wash cycles, just no spin.

Recently had a new motor (and brushes) so not that.

It is insured with MasterCare. Called today (Wednesday) - they can come next Tuesday.

if you have "cover" (as you have), its best you do not touch it (or get hotpoint insurance, as hotpoint own creda)
