I have two rooms in a let flat which require cushioned vinyl. The kitchen currently has vinyl securely bonded to concrete, so, can I put cush vinyl on top and do i need to bond. The second room is a bathroom with a flat concrete base - can i put cush vinyl onto conccrete and do i need to bond. Thanks for any help.

If this is vinyl on a roll, you don't need to glue it down, and it will be much easier to take it up for renewal or to get at stuff under the floor.

You need to use a threshold strip to prevent tripping and fraying.
