I need to put an extractor fan in a downstairs loo and the only potential outlet is the window above the front door (alternative is 8" of concrete).
I think I know how to cut and punch a hole through a standard pane (although I admit I've never done this) but I'm delighted to report that this pane is wired mesh glass (about 1cm2).
Does the same theory apply to wired glass (scribe / whack) or do I need to consider an alternative approach?
