Damp patches around rooflight?

    Yes it’s definitely keylite, and I did think the tiles had been cut a little close to the frame. Do you mean the flashing at the top of the roof? If so that looks sound. Appreciate your feedback, thank you

    yes the roof flashing..not skylight

    The Keylight sticker on the handle bar is a giveaway!!!
    anyway as stated the tiles need trimming back to allow
    adequate drainage.
