My living room ceiling has half a dozen small damp patches running along a line in the middle of the room from one end to the other. They may be caused by pipe condensation, my mate says. The ceiling is covered in 'wallpaper', if thats makes sense. Looks pretty good, apart from turning up slightly in some places.

Q: Can I just get a bit of Solvite to re-glue the turned up bits down?

Further Q: What can I do about these patches?

I don't want to rip it up and start again, I want to just let it dry out once I've stopped the water source

Cheers.

you can get a small tube of solvite edge glue made specifically for this. You need to make sure its dried out fully before doing anything. If its coming from a metal pipe above then insulate it to prevent this. If the paper has been painted then you need to give it a few coats of an oil based paint then once dry just emulsion as normal.
