Softus dont hijack posts, if you wish to have a discussion about "rising dampness" i would start a new thread.
And yes ive seen rising dampness :p so ner ner arnt i special

I'm happy to move the discussion elsewhere, and if you were paying attention then you'd have seen that I'd already invited anobium to return to a topic specifically about rising damp. However, I didn't introduce the subject of rising damp here - I responded to this post:
