Demolishing a detached garage

Sorry to be so dim but who would I get to demolish a brick detatched garage? Is that something a builder does?

Also, how realistic is it to want to keep all the bricks for future use in an extension? I wouldn't want to pay to have them cleaned so would end up doing it all myself but think maybe it'd be a massive job?

unskilled labour from E .Europe.....also depends on the type of bricks/strength of sand/cement between them, as to cleaning

a decent builder can safely demolish a garage in his sleep.

two guys can deal with a flat roof jobby in a couple of days, though it's unlikely they will be very sympathetic to your brick re-claiming project.

the roof and shell should be removed one day then the slab and subterranean masonry the next.
