Anyone own a 3.6v DC600 model ?.

or comments on the 7.2v model.

Yes, Al, I have the 7.2w. It's a terrific driver and is also very effective to use when stretched out, manually, in the straight position.

The only minor gripe is that it comes with only one battery. Though if it came with two it would no doubt be more expensive. Oh, and the case would be better if it were able to stand properly upright and the latches were not so daft, but these are nitpicks. ;)
 
I don't like the size or shape of the dewalt, and it feels a bit out of balance.

I'm currently deciding between the small Metabo Powermax and the Bosch GSR lithium, which seem more comfortable in use

I got the Bosch, and its great to use.

Only slight disappointment is that the motor is not electronically braked, so spins for a while when the trigger is released.

But the built in light is handy
